My ac compressor does not kick on. I'm thinking it is low on Freon. Does anyone know what type it takes and which side is high side and if a reg. freon kit will work or will I kneed some kind of adapter. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
My 95 is tagged that is has 134a.. But not sure what they came with originally. There was a sticker under the drivers seat and on the ac compressor
If I remember right there are different hose connections for the 134 and the old 120 or whatever it was so it would be hard to put the wrong type in.
ok after a little research I have the threaded connections which are for r12. The 134 connections are quick disconnect. I think I will switch to 134 because it's cheaper and easier to get. Not to mention I can save the planet.
