Timing Mark For S83P on tranny flywheel

I was just wondering if i got the right mark for the timming on the tranny flywheel it is a dot just after the two cutouts on the flywheel as it seems thats the only thing that would be able to line up on the timing marks on the engine . Any and all input would be arreciated as i have to adjust my valves and don;t want to mess things up using the wrong timing mark. Its a 1992 heavy dumper pto dump sysytem.

I was right it is the lil dot on the fly wheel
