Well I finially got to putting on my parts from crossroads, lift kit, tires and wheels. They were help full on the phone when I order everthing he told me I would have to trim the fenders to run the tires and I did have a little trimming to do to run 24x8x12 tires with 2 1/4 lift. The lift was well built the nuts and bolts that came with the lift was the wrong nuts for the bolts no big deal the lug nuts did not fit mind but I over come all that to I did not call them I'm sure he would have made it right. but all and all if I had it to do agine I would order from them agine good people to deal with. The tires was on back order and as soon as they came in he call and told me they were on there way. Just thought I would let everbody know because I look ever where to find tires and wheeles and a lift.Good jod and looking foward to the next order. Thank Matt

Lucky for you. Although sounds like it wasn't perfect.

I received my 2 1/4 inch lift with camber adjustment, added leaf, and tires quickly. All parts went on as advertised. I will order from Xroads again.

I ordered a "take-off" tire and wheel from Xroads. The young lady that I talked to on the phone was very helpful and courteous. The tire and wheel arrived quickly and the best part is that the shipping was less than quoted! My only problem with Xroads, is communication, (or lack there of). Hard to get replies to emails. Seems like (as told to me) they never receive them, they get lost in cyberspace, or discarded by computer "gremlins" or some other mysterious means of "glitches"..... Oh yeah, the price of the tire and wheel was VERY reasonable.

    Ditto,

Cory might be a good engineer.
But, his front office has little to be desired.
    No communication…
    No customer service…

Yeah, I like the title of this thread. "Dealings" b/c that's exactly what it is. Ssshhhhhh! You can't say anything bad about anyone. LOL!

Whats the latest scoop on crossroads and their new lift kits?

  9. I tried to contact them about an add a leaf and I couldn't get anyone on the phone or a return email. They used to be an active sponsor on here but just dropped off the face of the earth, it seems like the packed it in but I don't know that for sure.

We definatly didn't just pack it in. I have been very busy working on a number of projects to bring you new products. It takes a lot of time to scan all these posts. We will be a supporting member again within a couple weeks.

The next thing to come out is a 4" lift kit for the 1999 to 2003 Suzuki. It will be followed closely by a 2" or 2 1/4" kit for the same year range. They are both stage 2 kits and will have other accesory attachments that will be names later. We have a few things to finish up. The camber is perfect on both kits.

We also have some new wheel and tire options coming out as well. Other maybe much bigger projects are further out.

That does give me an idea for a new thread though. "What do you want us to develope?"

X-roads, would love to see some wide street tires to fit my 12 inch aluminum wheels.

From what I read on another thread there has been somewhat of a problem with a few dealers not having good communication with customers, returning phone calls or answering emails but I don't think bad communication or bad customer service is that wide spread with the supporting members that use this site.
