I have spent weeks and 200 bucks worth of phone calls trying to find someone in Canada to sell me rims. I own a 96 carry and decided to go with vision lockout 393 rims with an offset of 4+3. If this offset is a mistake someone let me know as I don't want it to scrub the wheel wells. Is a 5+2 better and less chance of scrubbing. I even called itp rims and they wont sell them to me either. I wand 12x7 rims with a set of 23"x8x12 black diamond tires and can barely find someone to sell me just the tires. As soon as I say 4 bolt with 100mm spread I get told cant get them. So I have called vision and chewed them an new asshole and they cant understand why I cant have them when all the Canadian distributors have to do is order them. I cant believe I have to argue with people to take my money. Anyone know of anyone that would like to take my money here in Canada.

But aren't there existing ATV's that use 4x100? Some Hondas IIRC? Just not sure if in 12". I had to custom drill mine (see the link in my sig). I have also "heard" (on the internetz ) that Douglas wheels will custom drill rims. Then there is always using some adapter spacers to go from 4x100 to 4x110 or whatever.

Thanks for the reply...I will order from the usa and ship to port huron Michigan and go pick them up. Its only 2 hours away. Did some measuring with the truck on blocks with suspension hanging and it looks like a 4+3 offset would rub the wheel well quite abit and a 5+2 no quite as bad. Are most people running 5+2 offsets on Suzuki trucks. Mine is a 96. I do plan on putting 225 lbs springs on and a 2 inch lift and lowering the entire drivetrain for cv issues but would like to order tires and rims and I believe the 5+2 would never rub but I really like the vision lockout 393 but only come in 4+3. If that offset has a potential to rub then I will go with an itp instead as I am not cutting the wheel well. Please advise.

Yeah I think your right with the 5+2 I have a 90 carry with itp 12x7 with 25x8x12 all trails and ive got about a quater inch from the tire to the shock. Hope this helps

As you can see in my sig post, I had to trim the inside front lips on my 5+2 and even then I still had to space out the fronts a little. I recall making a little paper template to mock the wheel to see if it would clear the front suspension. The problem I had is that the offset dimension is not taken from the outside of the wheel but at (more or less) the outside of the tire bead (again, see my post). Rubbing in the wheel well has never been an issue. If I were doing mine over again, I would do 5+2 but use about a 1/2" spacer...but that would require installing longer studs in the wheel hub. :(
