This is great! To bad I don't live in GA, and too bad a year ago when I shook my congressmans hand i didn't say "make keis legal!"
None of them would be willing to take on that particular item as a campaign issue. It won't buy them enough votes to matter in a campaign, since these are niche vehicles here, and issues of what consitutes a road legal vehicle is handled by both the NHTSA and EPA, which operate largely independently of the President. Our best bet would be to have them legalized by having the language be buried deep into the next bill.

"I did not have sexual relations with that truck, miss suzie" lol we have our own problems with politicions up here, they want to change the rules for these trucks because they are becoming of interest here. I don't want to get into a political argument, but Obama's golden image is starting to rub off, and expose the snake oil salesman underneath. For those interested in the story that broke in the realms of right wing talk radio yesterday, google obama and church. Probing into obama's background has always been something that the left wing media, and the left wing politicians has carefully guarded, and the reason why was exposed yesterday. Since I don't remember what the limits are for political discussion here, this is as far as I'm willing to take it.
Wolfman, don't make me howl! I don't care about politics except for the fact that I encourage people to vote! doesn't matter who...just exercise your constitutional right to. The only opinon I carry is from my late father, "they(politicians) are all rotten, just try to vote for the least rotten of them all". you make up your own mind who to vote for and remember one thing.....Know how to tell if a politician is lying???
