I fixed a honda mini for my cousin and in return he gave me this carry. It is a pretty nice little truck just needs some tlc. It hasn't ran in a year or 2, I put some jumper cables on it and it fired right up. I thought I was in high cotton for a bit, I let it sit there to come up to temp and make sure everything was ok and after it warmed up it just started idleing down until it died and will not crank back. I pulled the fuel line off and it is getting fuel, maybe it is the coil causing it to die??

    Thanks in Advance!!!

Ok, I have spark and I have fuel. Only thing I can figure is the carb needs cleaned and when the choke kicked off it quit. Any thoughts???

Going by the seat belt tags the truck is a 92, has diff lock and axle lock, no a/c, needs a windsheild (baseball size hail got this one).

Got it home put a new battery in it and it fired right up. Drove it around for an hour without cutting it off. It tired to go dead if I was sitting and just letting it idle but gave it a little gas and she kept going. Finially I pulled it in the shop and it ran for a min or 2 and it started idleing down real low and went dead. It would not crank back, I held it to the floor while cranking and it seemed like it wanted to but wouldn't. I went back out about an hour later and it cranked right up. This has got me puzzled????

I let it idle in the shop for an hour today and it never quit. Drove it aroung the yard and it never gave a minutes trouble. I talked to my cousin and he said it did it worse in the winter. He said he could drive it to the chicken houses and he would get out and leave it running come back out in a while and it would be quit and not crank back until it cooled off.....puzzled

I put a whole bottle in it before I read your post. It still is running like a top. I have drove the heck out of it with zero problems. I need to get a windshield ASAP, baseball size hail got this one.
