lil guy thanks for the compliments guys, I just bought it in November and did all that work outside over the winter in Alaska (no garage yet). When i got it, it barely ran from lack of basic maintenance. Now it hauls a@@
Sweet truck! How is the brush guard/winch setup mounted? I want to re-do my winch/plow/front receiver mount this summer and I'm looking for inspiration...
I mounted it to the brackets that hold the control arms, i also found some othe frame mounting points and fabricated brackets to hold from different directions. I would take pictures but i am currently in Afghanistan, it will be a whilee for close ups.
wheels My 25 inch ATV tires are mounted on Arctic Cat rims, they are 12x6.5, the tires are 25x8 Kenda Bearclaws, the 13 inch rims are from a Datsun 510 and I bored out the centers to fit over the front hubs
Picture location Is that the old Knik bridge in your picture? Just a guess. Keep us informed of your improvements. Stay safe.
Nice truck! I have a u12t 1987 Mitsubishi my self and I was wondering how much those 25in tires bogg the truck down and what wheel bolt pattern are needed for these older trucks?
The 25's dont bog the motor all that bad, I mostly run 4LO anyway, its a 4x115mm bolt pattern, or you can use arctic cat wheeels which are 4x113MM or ant 4x4.5in rim
