Getting Mini Registered and Tagged in Oklahoama with no title?

I live in Edmond OK and have a '99 HiJet I bought used from an individual in Kansas. What I don't have is any kind of title or even a bill of sale. Does anyone know if there is a way to get my mini tagged so I can drive on the roads?

You are going to have to get a notarized bill of sale from the/an individual in Kansas. Once you have a NOTARIZED bill of sale you can take it to the tag agency with proof on insurance. They will do a walk around inspection and give you a tag. A title will be in the mail in a few days. I just did the exact thing last week with a notarized bill of sale with no issue.

 

You will also need a price paid. Tag/title fee was $93 on a $2500 purchase.
