Just for gits and shiggles I install a tach and vacuum gauge from glowshift.com. I also put a LED skull shift knob and wired some LED into the dome light. I have some LED work to do on the inside, but had to come in and get some dinner. My truck is a 90 Carry and the green wire from the tach was spliced into the brown and yellow wire coming from the coil, not the black and white wire in the same location.

I put about 22" worth of LEDs in the cab. some on the ceiling and some in the interior wheel well to light up the floor.

I've had problems with the "tinted" gauge line. Can't see the face very well during sunny days, sometimes can't read it at all, the backlight is just not bright enough.
I might put a day-light in there, and use the factory just for night.

I can't see the tach as well as I wanted, but the vacuum gauge seems brighter. It may be the locations. The tach is on the dash and gets a lot more direct sun light than the vacuum gauge which is be the shifter and blocked from some of the sun.

Got LEDs all around. I am still waiting on the license plated light, but everything else is LED. How about that reverse light?
My flashers work perfectly with the superbrightleds.com relay.

Installed a clock with a thermometer inside and outside. It is blue and matches the lighting scheme. I also took apart the radio and put in a blue LED.

made the dash lights blue with LEDs

SO I finally got my Superbrightleds.com dash lights and replaced the 8 little bulbs and 2 large bulbs, all wedge type, with blue LED. Now my turn signals, warning lights etc are blue. Pretty straight forward switch.
