Sold my S110 last year and replaced with a 1999 S210P this year. Love the truck but I'm surprised to learn how hard it is to find parts for the S210P. Since the truck is new to me and I have no idea what has or hasn't been done, I want to replace the timing belt and tensioner right away. While I'm at I want to change out all the belts and the water pump. Here's a pic. I call her "Jack Wagon".
Nice looking truck! Put S210P in ebay search. http://www.ebay.com/itm/150623475211?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 .
I wonder if since the 110p and 210p twin cam take the same belt if the same holds true for the single cam. http://www.fgpstore.com/product-p/timing belt-colon-s83p-fslash-s110p.htm
Actually I've been able to find a belt, but now I can't find a tensioner. The same place had a different belt for the S110P single cam, which was the same belt for the S83P SOHC. I love the mini truck but I spend more time on the internet looking for parts, manuals, etc. than I do driving it! Thought it would be easier to find things for the S210P than the S110P since it's newer, but that's not the case at all.
I know what u mean. It takes a lot of phone calls, messages, and you still don't get anywhere. That's the main reason I did my swap my 210. One part breaks and your out for a few months. That's the nature of these little beasts though.
greg, I live in the Dominican Republic as a missionary. I have a 210, i can buy parts all day new and used. I have a awsome supplier here. I can ship fed ex anywhere just alittle more for the shipping. Parts here are cheap!!! anyone need stuff let me know, I can add a few dollars to the till here... j6hf@yahoo.com
