    Don,

Great manual translations! I have the service manual but it doesn't cover fuel system or electrical.

Which of your manuals would apply to a 95 DB51T? The electrical service manuals I see don't mention the dump models for my year and the issue is overvoltage after cycling the dump bed and snow plow. (I.E. putting a sudden large load on the electrical system)

    Thanks,

    Kirk

  2. Hello Kirk,

Glad you happy with your manual. The electrical manual for your truck is here. http://www.lulu.com/product/paperback/suzuki-carry-every-van-electrical-diagrams/3692450

The maximum output voltage on your truck is 14.8V. Very rare for a Suzuki to “Overcharge” the system. With the engine running hook up an electrical meter to the battery cables. Disconnect the cables from the battery (truck still running) and see if you have the same reading. We have seen a few problems with Chinese replacement batteries that go bad give off strange readings.

    Cheers,
    Don

    Don,

It has me baffled too, but not having a wiring diagram and the possibility of a previous owner having modified it has me shooting in the dark.

I did eliminate the battery as a possible problem as the battery has been replaced.

Thanks for the link, I'll drop in an order.

    Kirk
