Just wanted to stop in here first and introduce myself. My name is Eric, or 4Wheelin, as I am known over on ATV Nation where I am a moderator. I do not own a mini truck YET, but I am in the market. I would like to own one really soon as I am a huge 4x4 enthusiast. I will be looking to purchase one of the mini's in the next couple of weeks. They just look like too much fun and handy too.

Look forward to chatting with everyone in the future!

Welcome to the board 4 Wheelin. I've had a blast with my "project" from day one. Do you know what make and model your looking for yet?

    Hey Greg.

Not sure on the make or model. Havent had a chance to get up close and personal with one yet. Mine will be used for off roading, trail riding, hunting, farm work, wood hauling and just playing around. I plan on lifting it and running at least 26 " Maxxis Bighorn or ITP Mudlite tires. I am a good welder / fabricator / back yard mechanic so I will be able to mod it up myself. 4 x 4 is a must, preferrably diff lock. 4 or 5 speed is ok. I need bottom end grunt for hauling and hill climbing, but also some good top end for the gravel trails at places Windrock in Tennessee where we ride a lot. Not asking for alot am I ? haha!!

I have heard that the Mitsu's and Zuki's have more ground clearance. Not too worried about a soft ride, I can take care of that.

You can see some of the rides that I have been tinkering with by clicking on the link in my sig below.

Any ideas and advice are very appreciated!!!!

    Thanks for the hearty welcome!!
