Well, I'm not totally stupid, but I am scratching my head as to why I have a couple lights on-on the dash. I know what most of them are, but the two that are on, are the ones that I don't understand. Also, I can't seem to find an online manual for it anywhere to tell me what they are.

See the pic below and see if you can tell me what they are.

I am guessing the top center one is for the differential temp?

    The lower left....e-brake possibly?

I know that both of these lights are on when it's hot or cold, running or not.....with the trans in neutral....e-brake off.

Ideas as to why they are on?

    Thanks for your time guys!!

    Top left - battery
Top center - catalytic converter aka the bbq light
    top right - 4wd
    left - park brake
    center - oil
    right - high beams.

catalytic converter light - these mini trucks have a sensor in there. search the forum for how to fix or disable it.

park light. if its on all the time either the sensor for the handbrake is messed up or you got brake issues.

I have a Subaru Mini with the catalytic converter light on. Power is decreased and is running dirty (lots of smoke). What can I do? Where is the converter on this truck?

    Thanks for any help.

Sorry to bring this thread back...
My e-brake light is on... and has been on for month :-/

I just added some brake fluid, no change.
Should I bleed my brakes? Any other ideas?

I looked at the e-brake wiring... if you can call it that.
How does this thing work with just one wire anyway? I grounded it with no change (assuming that it needs to be grounded to turn off... lord knows there's no voltage at the base of my e-brake handle)

like your horn.. it has + current running to it (the light) and the e brake grounds the circuit..check the switch on your ebrake handle..it's prob touching something and grounding the circuit

Nope. was playing around with it today.
My brakes are sometimes kinda soggy, so it's prolly that

if they are soggy id do a brake flush. get all the old stuff out and drain the whole system and put nice fresh stuff in it! you leave it too long and it might cause problems!

heck you could have a leak to and not know it.
