I like the catch-all phrase "...unit may not be exactly as described or as it appears in photos". In other words, you could be bidding on a barrel of nails.

I was interested in buying a really nice Volvo through ebay but the seller had the disclaimer that said that he would not guarantee the make or model, only the VIN! Now, I know that these legal disclaimers are dreamed up by the million dollar hot coffee cup lawyers, but really!! It gets crazy! I didn't buy that volvo, & the one I did buy also came with the disclaimer that it "may not be as exactly shown", but the sales guy went the extra distance to assure me that there were no obvious departures from what I was seeing on my screen vs what he could see. But sometimes, U have to dig a little deeper because there's always some shyster out there who WILL send U a barrel of nails!
i think its more ment for in this case that they are not responsible for further damage to this vehicle
