It looks like an ! exclamation, with a O circle around it, with parenthesis ( ) on both sides of the circle (O). It's directly under the Fuel light symbol. It's about 37 degrees here. In the last 3-4 weeks we've, changed oil and filter, fuel filter, and air filter. Plugs were in perfect condition, truck only has 11,000km, super clean and purrs like a kitten. I had the battery on a slow trickle charge. The alternator is putting out just fine, the battery just won't hold a charge. Took it off the charger, cranked right up, turned on the heat/defrost, let it warm up, melt light frost off windsheild, jumped in, turned on the lights and noticed that light on? It and the seat belt light was on. Does anyone know what it is? I read all threads and did not come across it. I found the symbol in the manual but can't read it........grin. Thanks...Mike
Isn't it the light that tells you your parking brake is on? I have one like that, goes off when I release the parking brake. I currently have a 1996 Suzuki. Give that a try, Nick
Indeed it could be telling you that. My Toyota Tacoma's brake light will go on if the brake fluid drops in the system... even the slightest bit.
Check that the handbrake is not still on while the ignition has been turned on. In my kei car, that light stays on as long as the handbrake is still on. Once I unlock the handbrake the light goes off. Merry Christmas
