The story I heard on those is that they are indeed actual old bumper cars. The fact that they are road legal just blows me away. Heh...I'd have a better chance of getting a street legal Kei truck in Wisconsin if I built it from scratch. Hmmm.....now THERE'S an idea!
Wow, reminds me of MarioKart. I'll stick with my mini-truck though. It does better in the rain/snow (which unfortunately we've had way too much of this year)
