I want to buy a plow for my truck but just wanted some feedback first. Im pretty sure these trucks can handle snow filled driveways pretty well but I still want to hear some feedback from actual people that have used them. eg back plowing and can they blow through a filled driveway after a city plow has gone by etc etc.

  2. We have the Blackline plow with the power angle mounted on our U42T and it works great, no problems at all

We have both the Blackline 60 and the 72 inch in stock. I plow snow commercially on the side and both work well on my 2000 Mitsubishi but the 72 is too wide for sidewalks. The trucks do well with heavy and deep snow as well. I use mine to clean out cutouts in parking lots and to clear sidewalks. If I can help you please let me know.

When I got my mini in February last year to replace my ATV, I decided to try a turnaround portion of the driveway which my ATV couldn't handle. It hadn't been plowed all winter. It took me almost an hour, but I got it done! I wouldn't normally torture my equipment like that, but it's good to know what can be done.

cabnfever I can tell you about the plows we design and build. Attached to a mini truck you will be able to plow better than your neighbor on his ATV. And you can have a hot cup of coffee in the cab with you! These trucks do fine plowing! We have V Plow's, 60"/ 72" poly and steel straight blades, full hydraulic and 12v actuator. Blackline only has 60"/70" steel straight blades. They also are not designed to handle the pushing power you get with these mini trucks. They are fine for ATV's, not anything heavier. Take a look at our website for a few pictures.

Are the v-plows also fully hyd or just the straight blades?

V Plows are hydro as well. The V is static, it doesn't straighten out like a Western or Myer plow. Up and down power is 12v actuator and hydro.

This is the only YouTube clip we have. It's the prototype we built last winter. I had a RZR in the shop most of the time so we used that to work out all the bugs. And before I get bombed! There is no mold board on the plow...it is just the frame. We had a working model and wanted to make sure all the moving parts moved like they were supposed to. We have since updated the design a number of times from field and customer input. It is really a great plow and it doesn't fold under pressure like the competition! BTW it is now going full hydraulic!

DOES YOUR BLADE FLOAT. OR IS IT POWER UP AND DOWN?
I PLOW SNOW IN THE GRAVEL AND DIRT AND NEED A PLOW THAY WILL FLOAT AND NOT DIG IN THE GROUND.
THE BLACKLINE IS POWER UP AND DOWN.

Our blades float about 2". We also provide "shoes" for them if you want. They are helpful over gravel surfaces.
