Need Shocks/Struts

    I have searched but haven't found a number. I want to replace my struts on my 87 hijet. Can I go to a auto parts store and find some or do I have to order from a mini truck supply place. Thanks

    Replacing Hijet Struts

    Struts for a hijet are in short supply right now. I know no one that has a set.

    New Struts are pretty expensive but can be gotten for Japan.

    No one has yet crossed over to an struts found in the US that I am aware of.

    i put 275lb springs in the front and it maxed the strut out. made it a lot nicer to drive

    Did you have to cut springs or were they stock from the corner parts house?
