motor compression

    Can someone tell me what must be the compression of a suzuki carry motor

    Just to give you a ideal a Daihatsu 550cc is apox. 210 psi. With a min. @ 170 psi. Not more than 15 psi between cyl. Hopefully someone else will chime in with a Suzuki spec.

    THANK YOU ;my 3 cylinder are at 110psi so i beleive my motor needs to be rebuilt or replace!

    Yeah, thats pretty low. Your engine could have jumped time. re-try the test after squirting some oil (30 wt) into the cylinders. If the compression goes up your rings/cylinders are probably bad... If it doesn't change then the valves/timing could be the culprit.
