I haven't taken delivery of this little bugger yet. It's being shipped to me. I should get it in about a week. I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions. For now I just wanted to get on the forum, thanks for looking at the picture of my truck.
specs reply I don't know much about these trucks so I'm not sure what you're asking. It's an '08, 3 or 5 miles, manual trans. crank windows, vinyl seats, diff. lock, am radio, air cond. front & rear bumpers, 2" or 3" lift, and bigger tires.
Welcome. Wow an 08 model. Brand new is rare. Will it be on-road or off? Looks like its more setup for off-road use seeing the tires/lift you have. Congrats on the truck, ~Josh
On or off road ? Mainly off road. I do however use a SMV triangle on off roaders for short trips on road. (a few blocks) It seems that most law enforcement in a small rural farming community can handle that. You've got to keep it to a bare minimum. Too many trips to the store or gas station and eventually the Sheriff wants to know what the hell you think you're doing.
E T A ETA on that mini is 03-02-09. I live in central Washington State. The seller tells me that the vehicle comes with a MSO marked "for off road use"
I am new to the forum although I have been reading for a while. I do not own a mini yet, and would love to have a Suzuki or a Mitsh, but am still looking. Several are in the area where I live and run all over these logging roads. I own a small mini farm at the end of a long dirt road, so I got plenty of places to ride with the logging roads. This winter has been real cold and wet, so a mini is what the wife and I are trying to save up and get. The ones locally were bought in Michigan, and carried back I am hoping to find a dealer closer.
DannyM, Welcome to the forum. I'd suggest checking with some of the site sponsors/dealers (at top of main page) or contact your local TN dealer: http://www.minitrucktalk.com/showthread.php?t=4367 later, slim
