Bought a HiJet with 14" rims and fairly low profile snow tires. Would like to go to 4-wheeler tires because of the aggressive tread and I will be using this vehicle simply for running around the woods. Does anyone know what type rims will fit this vehicle? It has a 4" suspension lift. I know that Artic Cat front rims fit the suzuki but this is a diahatsu. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I stole this from atvtruck.com..... hope they dont mind.....But it was really helpful when I ordered wheels for my suzuki.

The bolt pattern or bolt circle is the diameter of an imaginary circle formed by the centers of the wheel lugs. Mini Truck bolt patterns will be 4x _______mm. Bolt circles are measured in both inches and millimeters, therefore you may hear a bolt pattern referred to as both (i.e. 4x109.6 mm is also referred to as 4x110). A bolt circle of 4x110 mm would indicate a 4 lug pattern on a circle with a diameter of 110mm.

The conversion of inches to mm is 1 inch to 25.4 mm

Most of the bolt applications are in millimeters. You can determine your bolt pattern by measuring from the center of one wheel stud to the center of the opposing wheel stud across the hub.

Convert your measurement from inches to millimeters by multiplying by 25.4. It's that simple.

    Example:

    Wheel stud measurement: 4-5/16" = (4.313")

    Formula:

    4.313 x 25.4 = 109.6 mm ==> 110mm bolt pattern

i just put a 13 inch ford mag on my truck it is 108MM bolt cnt. looks like i will need some mag style bolts to center it up. if this can be made to work then it would offer a much less costly swap.

    ford wheels

got some mag bolts & put the wheel back on. a bit tight , didn't want to take a chance of bending a stud. i'll clean up the bolt holes & try it again. looks like this will work.

    wheels

got off my butt & fitted the 13 inch ford wheels to my truck. used mag style bolts & marked the inside of the bolt holes with black marker . put them on and started the bolts when they felt tight ,i took them off and cut the tight spots out. ( where ever it scratched the marker away) took 3 trys to get them to tighten all the way down. wheels spin true & only had to grind a little bit . as a side note i later found some locking lug nuts that had thinner sholders and may have fit with no grinding. total cost so far $24.00 for lug bolts , $5.00 for cutting bit , and $20 for 4 pinto wheels .

To anyone who has 4WD - just make sure to use all the same tyres or else you'll end up with some problems!

I believe the rims that fit a Honda Rincon fit if you want some ATV type rims

    Note

I have an extra set of rims and tires for my 2002 350ES Honda Rancher and they will not fit my 93 Diahatsu, the pattern is half a stud in width too small.
What 4 wheeler rims will fit the diahatsu pattern ?

I think rims that fit a Honda Rincon have the correct bolt pattern and backspace

The forman and rancher are the same except newer models went to 12" front & rear instead of 12" front and 11" on the rear on the older models.
Not sure about the rincon ?

A quick word to save time. I used a template and went to wreckers looking at rims (have a sambar) cut out of hard board bought honda rims found out my template was a couple mm's out grrrrrrr went back with calipers got some 98 nissans that fit but some other years wouldn't fit the centers.make sure the centers fit easy to find right bolt spacing but centers of a lot of cars are too small.
