I have spent allot of time getting the rust off and it is starting to come around. Sprayed the whole truck body with spray bed liner and blacked out the cab interior. Still have allot further to go but it's starting to take shape. The bed panels are a little dull because I left them outside to dry after spaying the bed liner and it rained on them changing the color:frustration:. Oh well at leaset I got the truck inside. I will re-spray them when I do the interior and under carriage. The weather here is not the best and I hate spraying in my shop because it makes a big mess. I also included a picture of the Glow shift tach I installed the works great and was under $60.00. I bought a $6.00 camo blanket at the dollar store and used some spray glue to re-cover the door panels. I will cover the seats with the remainder of the blanket and also the headliner if there is enough. I have decided to ditch the headrests as they block my view and one less thing to have to cover. New Deestone tires on factory 12" rims are great for traction. Cut a cup holder in the speaker hole in the dash and had another between the seats but scrapped that one to install a fire extinguisher instead. Put new sheet metal in the floor and welded and bondo in. Re-built rear bumper from 14 Gauge steel and re-installed new factory style lights (thanks Dan). Pulled the front out and bondo to OK finish. Welded holes in bed and bondo. Re-painted all trim and mirrors black. Over all I am happy so far but still have a list to work on. I really like the bed liner on the body because it doesn’t show scratches and makes it a little quieter inside. Just thought I would share my project. Thanks to this forum I have made much progress. I have included some before and after pictures.

I've always wanted a bedlined truck (even thinking of doing my DD in Line-x)

I took 3 Gallons! Enough to do 3 - 4'X6' beds. I went light on the rubber or it would have covered more. I didn't want it to be too rough on the sides but extra rough in the bed. Also going from white to black takes a little more to cover. Over all very happy.

i wouldn't be to quick to ditch those head rests unless you appreciate a good lump on the back of your head from bouncing it off the rear window. just telling you that from experience :D i didn't like mine either but they are a good measure in preventing head lumps.

with that said, the truck looks great!!
