Hello, I am new here, from WV and we just bought our Suzuki Mini-truck last month. It is a 1996, five speed, with extra low first gear. The dealer had the truck painted black, with Camo tape on it, and a 3" lift kit with really nice Aluminum wheels and rugged tires on it. I think he had planned on keeping this one himself, but when my husband saw it, well, it was love at first sight. It even has a Rhino Liner on the bed, to prevent it from scratchings up when we haul our firewood or fence posts or whatever we need to haul. So now we own one and have used it last week to go to the top of our farm, a high hill with lots of rocks and going up was a breeze! We love it and it hauls a lot more firewood in the bed than we had ever expected it to haul in one load. We even sold our Honda Rubicon after buying this truck, don't need it now, and our Blue Heeler can ride much safer in the bed of this truck instead of on the rear of the Honda. So... I am here and glad to meet you all. I will be reading about these trucks and post when I feel the need or want to know more about you. Thanks for letting me join.
Welcome! Glad to meet you Trailseeker! We bought our first mini last July, a '95 Suzuki. Since then we've taken it trail running all around the Jackson county area in WV. We've had a blast running old gas well roads and the like. My wife and I currently live in Ohio but are making plans to relocate to the Jackson county area. Well, I hope you and your husband enjoy your new ride! Maybe we'll cross trails sometime, Swoop

You just may see us out and about in our Suzuki, for we would really like to visit other areas here in WV, and the Hatfield & McCoys trail may be the place to start. I think they will allow us on their trail, I will have to check them out further before making any plans. We have only run our farm so far, but... who knows, if WV will legailze more than cities to own and run them, we may go all over WV in ours, we don't travel Interstate unless we really have to anyway and it would be a great way to see the state, warm, dry and even with A/C in the summer. I am ready to travel! Just look for us out there on one of those ridges, we may meet up on top of one of those big mountains.
