Well I guess you will have to see how they last over time canandian1 as the mini haulers are from there too and they are poorly done. if you read the site it says alot of if required behind the items that are refurbished which to me is if it's ok we don't replace. And that is not Refurbished. New paint and interior does not make it refurbished to me. And when the bondo starts falling out of the extended cabs you may reconsider as your buyers are coming to you for the fix EH?

    refurbished

your definition of refurbish is incorrect. look up refurbish in the webster's dictionary for correct meaning. i won't get into parts replacement but the extended cab has no bondo. it is welded. i've been importing reburbished trks. from different vendors for almost 2 yrs. and yes some are better than others. you have to weed out the inferior ones.

I checked on these last year before I found my '99 Suzuki locally... I was not going to send any money across the big pond to someone I didn't know.... they might have changed but all of the trucks were old looking. If someone has a Inventory here in the States where I could put my hands on one then I might buy one.

By the way this was my first reply, but I've been reading all of your threads for a while now, I just think something's wrong with these trucks and the way they are marketed.

    refurbished

normally it is the older vehicles that you refurbish. the newer ones don't need this but they will refurbish any year.
you need to see and drive one of these before you express an opinion which means nothing until you do.

I have seen and driven them and it is my opinion they are not what is advertised so I won't stock them. And Refurbish= To brighten or make shiny. So guess thats where the paint comes in. But it doesn't matter to me they will not be legal here anyways so keep on getting the good ones.

25 year old trks. are street legal in every state. a 25 year old trk. is not much until it is refurbished. look at refurbish again. it also says to renovate and renovate says replace worn and broken parts;repair. when the e.p.a. is done with their restrictions these will be the only mini trks. allowed into this country.

I will stick with my 91 Suzuki that has low miles and is in no need to be refurbished or renovated or painted or made shiny. If you look on their site again it clearly says if required which means what? You may or may not replace or renovate as well. If we are going to have to get old trucks in to keep selling them maybe we should buy the older trucks and actually rebuild them with new and sell as Rebuilt verses Refurbished. We can do a much better job at it than looking at pictures and making a decision. But again we all have our own way of doing what we do so you to yours and me to mine. No hard feelings here I hope. I was not impressed by the Mini Haulers which are done probably at the same plant in the Phillipines as the AGkart or others and I thought they were of bad quality and bondo was not good as no welder can make it that nice without some bondo. Also they didn't run well at all and needed alot more refurbishing. Just my observations.

For your Info Pepci I have my 100% own plant and I am in Subic Bay free port zone with all my own Licence,
what we are trying now to produce the best quality mini trucks, I am sure in the near future my trucks will be demand full at any where (if this business not stop)
we dont replace if any parts like clutch or breaks are good, because that is Original parts in good quality, i hope you understand what is my mean,
    thanks for your comments,

Others that I have dealt with shipping used vehicles from Europe to the USA are doing things slightly different. In almost every case they ALWAYS replace the clutch and timing belt regardless of the way the vehicle drives. The only time I have seen otherwise is when the engine has a recent documented rebuild. I know it is an expense but it would prove that you really were trying to bing over the best.
When are you going to have some of these for sale here in the States. I do believe that before you will be able to sell to people here on this forum you will have to have some of them here first. A reference from another person selling your trucks doesn't go to far in my book. Lets get some of your retail customers to post up on the quality and the relationship they had with getting a truck from you.
Until then I can't seriously consider one of your trucks, and I am sure I am not alone.:pop:

I think that is very reasonable. But when you sell refurbished you get what you pay for, like buying grade 1 trucks with new paint and inside.

well pepci if you pay over us$5500 or us$6000 then I will do change many things you want for making them a high class near to brand new, with 6 month parts Guarantee too,
hope that make it clear on the price, still I do recommend strongly not to change original good condition parts as they work long time. Original means MADE IN JAPAN. Factory build parts not at the mechanic shop.
