mystery light

    I have a 1991 dihatsu climber. there is a light just above the temp gauge it has a circle with what looks like a ! in it. this light will come on at times and will go off at times. what is it for? will it hurt to drive the truck with it on? please help!

    That light warns of low brake fluid levels.

    That light may also come on when you pull the parking brake. So you might check to see that yours is completely disengaged.

    brake fluid is full and parking brake off but light still comes

    on at times. could be a short/ thanks for iding the light.i

    Thanks for the info. I checked the fluid and the top rubber seal was crim mped. I fixecd it and problem solved. This is a great place for info. I have answerded a lot of questions by reading theses posts.
