Repairable?

So I've been loving my 96' Sambar truck for about 6 months until the other day someone brought everything to a literal screeching halt.

The wreck was relatively low speed, (-35mph), but I have to now decide whether to try and repair this or just cut my losses and start the process of looking for another one. Any opinions?

No one was injured, the other driver was at fault and will be covering repair or replacement through their insurance. I'm just not sure which direction to push. I know I want to get back in the saddle, though. It's become too much a part of my life already.

Curious what the buyback would be. I’d definitely not let it go to auction if it were mine. I’d probably just part it or repair enough for on property use.

That really sucks. If you find a shop that's really confident and highly rated then maybe go for the repair, otherwise just get a new one. Importing a windshield alone is like $1500.

I would buy it back from insurance and import another one. Keep it for parts of possible

This! 100%! Parts parts parts! Probably buy it back for under 500

I don't think it is repairable. They will total it. Hell if the windshield is cracked they will total it. If you do keep it for parts, I think I need a drivers side window regulator...

Really sucks, it is done. Like others have said, part it out if possible. You can make pretty good money on these parts.
