Hey, just got a '94 and '96 Acty and really want to pimp one out and throw a roof rack from harbor freight on top. I'm not sure but I assume I will have to drill into the roof, even though I don't want to. Is there anyone out there that has done this before and would be willing to share their setup and/or ideas with me? Thanks in advance!

You're probably going to be stuck with drilling. There are some generic drip rail clamp crossbars out there, but it looks like most of them wouldn't be able to handle the roof geometry of the kei trucks.

There are relatively expensive (~$300) roof racks you can find on ebay that are specifically meant for kei trucks, but they don't appear to be particularly sturdy, and are probably prone to rust.

I'm planning on installing a Smittybilt rack on mine, and using these - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01I4YJ9FA Which will require drilling, but look to me like they'll do the job. That's still a ways down on my truck's to-do list though.
