So I am looking at tires for my 2000 Carry and I have found that the 12" tires are rare.
That said, I still want to stick with the 12" rims and replace the OEM size tires. The size on the sidewall is 145R12LT. I think these are 70 series profile, but maybe 80? Any advice on factory tire size replacements is appreciated!

Don't know the availability of things in the states, but here in the Philippines most go with 155R12LT which is a 80 series 8 ply rating. Very satisfactory service life. Only drawback is this size will not fit in the spare storage provided in the carry van but may fit in the carry truck. Most are just carried loose in the bed anyway.

Ebay is your friend. You can find sets of Toyo Open Country or Yokohama Super Diggers if you're looking for truck-y tires, or you can find Dunlop and lots of others in normal car tires. Generally going to cost you a bit over 400 for a set, make sure you go with one with free shipping.

These tires are dirt cheap in japan, but get seriously marked up because they're generally just not available in the US.

Another option is to look at trailer tires. Easier to find locally, just make sure you get quality ones that are appropriately speed rated.

Ebay was the answer, pretty cheap, with free shipping to the border. Trailer tires we a no go, not legal. Thanks.
