Like the title says - get under your Hijet and check. I was under mine today working out a cable path for back up lights and noticed that the factory wiring conduit that runs down the left side was resting on the muffler pipe. Two of the factory zip ties had broken of old age and it sagged right onto the pipe that goes into the muffler. Luckily, just the conduit was melted and none of the wires inside had been harmed.
I wedged myself under the truck, pulled the broken zip ties out of their factory mounts and replaced with some standard black zip ties.

I got lucky with that one.

So true. As I replaced vacuum, coolant, and fuel lines in my van I found all kinds of broken supports and ties for various hoses and cables. These are 25+ year old cars folks! Remember that.

Fir tree zip ties are an appropriate replacement, which will fit in the factory holes.
