I added a pair of LED flood lights on the Hijet this weekend. Here's what I did.

    Purchased the following:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XRPZF6Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I was originally going to buy a fuse/relay box, but decided instead to go with an LED kit with a harness. Harness includes the terminals, relay, fuse holder, fuses and switch. I mounted the relay under the bed attached to a strap near the battery.

I was going to mount the lights to the headache rack but then figured it would be more useful to have lights to work on the engine if I ever needed to. So I ended up mounting to two existing bolts at the rear of the cab. I'm not thrilled with the routing of the wires, but I didn't want to drill holes in the cab. Instead I ran them down the side and under the cab, then through an access hole below the shifter.

These will make great lights for working and backing up at night with the added bonus of a work light for the engine. IMG_5644 small.jpg IMG_5641.jpg IMG_5642.jpg IMG_5639.jpg IMG_5643.jpg

Looks good. I mounted all the relays etc., on the shelf at the back of the cab to which the bed mounts on the non dump versions. It is a really convenient spot.

Where did you find power? In the fuse box? Im thinking a set facing forward, and a set backward.

I have a pick/tipper aka scissors lift/dump bed. So, I could just raise the bed to work on things. I ran a #6 wire to a fuse box I mounted on top of a plate that was already mounted to the truck frame. I mounted fused relay boxes on the shelf behind the cab, which I mounted a control for in the cab. It’s a bit of a wiring.

I’ll take a few pictures next week, when I get home if they will help.
