Great forum here. Glad to find it.

My Daihatsu minitruck runs fine. I just want to convert it to an electric vehicle. Anyone done this successfully? Unsuccessfully? Plusses? Minuses?

I suspect my gasoline EFI 660cc 3-cyl engine, in working condition, 110km, will be available if anyone wants it.

    Looking forward to hearing back.

Thanks. I didn't say I've been an electric vehicle guy for a long time. I've just never done a tiny Japanese mini-truck :) so I am hoping to learn from the experience of anyone who has.

Daihatsu sold an electric version in Great Britain. There is, maybe was, a daihatsu forum online from Britain. Someone ,might have one and be willing take some photos.

There are at least 2 channels on youtube that are working on that.

Looking at mine, if you pull the engine/transmission, and fuel tank, you would have lots of room for a battery array.
