In the middle of doing a set of rod bearings, and rebuilding the carb. This is a great forum with a wealth of knowledge!

Good looking rig, and it sounds like you’re having fun, which is the important part. I bought mine to mount a snowplow on, and after I started tooling around town with it, discovered that it is the most fun I’ve had driving on the street, since my daddy took my go-cart away for driving it on the street. The Hijet is now my daily driver, and I need to drain the fuel tank on the Bronco and the Minivan because the gas is stale enough that both of them misfire if I try to run them.

When you get a chance, please go into your profile (click on you user name or avatar, and it will open your information page, and it has a link to the profile page, which is where the signature hides), and give us some information on your truck. Remember, that there are some of us who have been wrenching on all kinds of things for years, but haven’t ever actually touched your make and model of truck, with the mods that have been made to it. So, give us enough information to give you an educated guess.

  3. I've been learning quite a bit here lately on this one as it is my first carry. Still having trouble with the choke plate assembly. It runs again though.

    I'll get right on that
