Acty Attack questions before purchase

I have an 96 Attack farm (Low 4WD plus Locking Dif) offered to me and I have a few questions that I haven't been able to find answers to yet so thought I would ask.

Is the cab size an issue for someone who is 5.9' It seems that the Diahatsu has a larger cab in this age range but I can't be sure and not sure if it matters.

We will use this on a hilly farm that gets slick mud in the winter (PNW). Is the full time 4WD a good plan or is the Diahatsu have better 4WD implementation? It will see a MINOR amount of street work (quick 2 mile runs into town) but that is it for road work.

Is there, (or can you) modifications for the suspension and a tow bar? I have seen one for sale (A 2" lift kit) but haven't really seen anyone use it and report on it. Same with a tow bar. I can weld, so I guess is there relatively easy mounting points with the Honda?

Partly why this all comes up is that I had my eyes on a Diahatsu Dump with AC that was also offered, and I was set to go on it and the deal fell through. This was offered up and I haven't been able to find a ton of info on the ACTY Attacks.

I am 5,8' and I fit into my 1997 Acty, but comparing the cabin space with my 2021 Daihatsu Hijet truck, there is more space in the Hijet, legroom and height. On the Acty I get 2 fingers between dash and knees, on the new Hijet a hand. Headroom is o.k. on both. But I assume the 1996 Acty and a 1996 Hijet are similar in cabin space, my 2021 Hijet has some improvements compared to the designs of >20 years ago.
There are several suspension and tow bar threads here on the forum, use the search. Both possible. If you can weld, even better.

Thanks for the response. I wish I could get a 2021 Mini Truck but in Washington they are pretty strict on what can be driven on the road (as a lot of states are I guess). Thanks for the insight. Will dig further on the suspension and tow bar information, maybe I am using a bad search boolean.

I have a 1991 and I'm 5'10. I have no issues at all with the cab size and have driven around the farm with my 6 year old in my lap. My dad is 6'1 and on the heavier side. He's not able to drive it but can squeeze into the passenger seat.

I was worried about not having the low range differential like the hijet at first, but I've found that the between the extra low forward reverse and the standard first gear it goes how I would want. The diff lock only works in the low gear in case that makes a difference.

I'm pleased with the ground clearance I have from the tires I bought

Just sent money over for my Acty Attack model as well! Can't wait.

Doesn't matter for your purchase anymore, but i'm 6'3" and test drove a Hijet and an Acty, I fit and can drive both comfortably.
