Can anyone tell me where the fuse box is located on a 94 Hijet S110P? I have rooted around a little bit here and there but have not started ripping into anything in the cab. I assume it is somewhere under the dash just looking for some guidance here.

    Thanks in advanced!

Which fuses are you needing to get to?
It's been a while since I've had one of those S110p's, but I believe one is under the dash on the right side ((Japan's)driver side). There should also be one with the larger more important ones under the seat, not sure on which side.

I'm just trying to get a starting point. Have a couple things that aren't currently working (Parking Lights and Horn) just want to go through the fuses and make sure they are all good before I start wire tracing. Also have a few more things to hook up so if there are any open slots I may be able to run them through the fuse box ILO straight to the battery or other BUS.

    Thanks Mini_Hijet!

    Yelcome Dhake!

I think the horn has a fuse & relay in the box under the seat. AND a fuse in the fuse box under the dash.

Fuse panel is to the left of the steering column. Horn is second up from the bottom, right hand row, 15-Amp

Fuse is good, now where the hell does the horn live?

Also have a few missing fuses. IGN1 IGN2? Any ideas?

ABF33F0F-9366-4C3D-B874-7C7CF70190F9.jpeg It is behind the ”bumper”/grill/large plastic front thingy. Right behind teh three slots on the right hand side. And, for some reason all my photos are rotating counter clockwise. So, the bottom is teh right side..

Thanks man, I'll try to get into there tomorrow. Going to go pick up a harbor freight special just incase it's bad and then go from there.

Any chance you have the manual that has the list of items on each circuit at the fuse box? Still scratching my head on missing fuses. I suppose I will replace all the missing fuses and see what that does. My parking lights also do not work so I am wondering of the missing fuses have something to do with that issue. I replaced the bulbs, the contacts you can tell are old but they didn't look overly corroded. Probably get some Emory cloth on them to clean them up a bit as well.

I saw an old post about an after market radio install could cause issues with the parking lights but it is the stock radio. It works, get a whole 2am stations, but won't hold time. Not sure if there could be a short or bad ground in there too that could be contributing. Any suggestions at this point is a great one.

Any resolution? I have a 96 s110p, no horn, no parking lights. All other lights work, all fuses correct. No obvious rubs or shorts in harness. I’m also working on individual wire tracing right now.

this is the Hijet user manual from 2008 https://www.daihatsu.co.jp/service/torisetu/truck/pdf/hijet_truck_2008.pdf pages 236, 237 show how to remove the panel at bottom of center console, behind that there are a lot of fuses, additional fuses and relays, modules are in a black box under driver seat, same on my 2021 Hijet, maybe same/similar on your built year.

    Hijet English Electrical Service Manual S200p S210p S320v S330v I posted here a link https://minitrucktalk.com/threads/h...service-manual-s200p-s210p-s320v-s330v.21204/
thats all I have, nothing exactly for the S110P, but maybe it helps a bit.

Yes, it is actually under the dash almost directly above your clutch pedal. Mine as a little black cover over it but you should not have to remove anything but that black cover to access the fuses. My horn was burnt up so I replaced it, my parking like bulb terminal just needed the contacts cleaned up a bit and they work fine now. I was actually testing the connectors with a multimeter and that was enough to knock 20+ years of dust/dirt off of the female terminals for them to make contact and work.
