I have noticed quite a few people are raising the trucks. But is there anyone lowering their trucks? If so! I ask seeking knowledge.

More common in Japan. Most of us are in states where they are road use restricted. So, lowering them isn’t too attractive.

There is a YouTube channel “Bennys Customs” he did a couple of episodes on. Lowering his pit truck.

even in Japan there are not many which lower their key trucks, that is just for show trucks. Not suitable for daily, working horses....

When Benny lowered his he: Moved the axle to the top of the springs in the back, which required cutting off the old spring perches from the axle, and fabricating new ones on the bottom of the axle; relocated the bounce stops; and, I think changed the shock mount points in the rear.

Front he installed shorter, higher rate springs. And, I think modified the mounts so he could adjust the camber. I think your stock springs are 2.5-in I.D., and ten inches long. I have it in a manual somewhere, just not sure where the manual got packed when I moved shop.
