So i need to replace one of the wheel rims and i took out the measuring tape and it has four studs and center to center stud distance is just shy of 3”.

isnt the normal lug pattern is 4x100? So what do i have?

You definitely have a 4x100 pattern. My guess is you are not measuring the bolt pattern correctly. You measured from adjacent stud to stud, not across. Here is a little sketch showing where the 100mm dimension is. The upper dimension is inches. Hope that helps.

Thanks! I didn’t realize i am supposed to measure across stud instead of the closest stud across.

I have 3 newer 4x100 in 13” rim given to me. I have one 4x108 rim in 13”. Can i use an adapter on only one wheel so i can use the 4x108 wheel on 4x100 stud?

It wouldn't be recommended. If yours is 2WD then you could use the oddball wheel on one of the non-driven wheels, but the handling would be wonky with the spacer in there. If it's AWD you should always run a set of four identical rims and tires, and all four tires must be changed together, no mixing and matching allowed.
