Hello from Alberta Canada. I just recently had a 2002 Mazda Bongo truck imported for me, it was finally ready for pick up and I was able to get it last week. It is a blast to drive and made for an enjoyable 5hour drive home. Here is a link to a video that my importer made of my truck: I realize that this is not a kei class truck but still mini none the less.
Thanks SAITCHO. Importing through 4 Sons Offroad was a great experience. Jeremy is totally professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, I really have nothing bad to say about the whole experience.
Glad to hear, I custom ordered a carry from him and so far I am pretty happy with the ways things are going. Jeremy is very fun to work with.
That is really cool. Did you get Jeremy to ship you your truck or did you drive it home? Did he do a video of your truck?
I have not gotten mine yet he is still shopping for me, I want a 2001-2003 Carry so I cant drive it on the road yet its too new. I plan to have it shipped to me in Quebec.
Ah...I didn't catch that you were still in the process of shopping until I re-read your post. The waiting is the hardest, at least that is what my wife would probably say, I thought that I was pretty patient but I don't think my wife thought that I was. I know that you will enjoy it when you finally find one and you get it, I hope the right one comes along soon. Good luck!
Just had my truck in over the weekend to be bed-lined army green. I am liking how it turned out. It will be ready for me to pick up tomorrow I am looking forward to seeing it in person. I was starting to call it "Mighty Mouse" but I don't think that will fit anymore, might have to change it to "Sargeant Bongo" or "Sarge" for short.
Nice truck, I plan to bed line mine next year after im done fabricating stuff. Do you know what bed liner product was used?
Thanks SAITCHO. I wanted to bed line mine from day one, I am glad that I finally got around to getting it done. The product that was used is from Scorpion Protective Coatings Canada.
