Hi guys, I'm new to this.. Read bunch of great information.. I own a 1999 suzuki carry, bought the car straight from Japan this Yr. Nd now I'm experiencing a problem with my truck. It runs smoothly but jerks from time to time.. Especially, when I hit the gas for more power then it hesitate like there's no fuel. I've replaced spark plugs, tested air filter sensor but I still have the same problem.. Pls help.. Thanks
Hey guys, solved my truck problem! .. I dropped the tank, it was filthy.. This was the reason why my truck hesitated.. Cleaned the tank, replaced fuel pump assembly.. Boom! Problem solved.. Thanks guys for the advice.
Hopefully the lines are clear! Small pieces of whatever, have a tendency to show up at a later date! We love to think if we apply more throttle that it helps to blow it out. Not always! Hope it's clear! Good Luck! Limestone
Limestone, pls help.. Yesterday my buddy borrowed my truck and got stuck after driving 26miles..he went to a full stop, turned off the engine, came back after like 10min, the truck wouldn't start. I can hear the pump running but the truck just wouldn't start.. Any thoughts? Thanks..
Now that I haven't checked.. Let me try to do that and see.. I'm an IT, more into networking, don't know much bout car troubleshooting but I'll check the spark.. Hopefully I don't break anything.. Dnx for your time..
Engines need two things to run. Fuel and spark. Of things which come to play rapidly spark is the first thing to check. G R Imports has a pretty good basic trouble shooting page. https://ae6452d8-792d-42d7-b8b0-720...d/d494d1_5c58849bbc94410c9dcb118fc9f6147b.pdf
Ditto! Jigs is correct, with all his suggestions, he has a lot of experience, and won't steer you wrong! Limestone
