Does anyone know the size of the vacuum hose on the differential actuators? I’m going to replumb all the vacuum lines on the engine with silicone hose, and would like to order the hose for the differentials.

But right now it is a dark and rainy night, and I don’t want to climb under the truck, and pull one off to measure the nipples.

following i need to replace alot of mine. look fine externally but vertical cracks in the hose from inside to outer casing. makes it hard to find the leakers as they all look ok on quick inspection

That is where I am. Decided it will be easier to just run new hoses.

If nobody chimes in with the size, I’ll get under it this weekend and measure the diameter of the nipple, and how much hose it will take. If I do that I’ll post what I find.

For my '95 Scrum I used 3mm that I got from a place called Boos Controllers or something like that.I posted a thread in the tips and tricks section. It fit nice and snug and is much more flexible than the neoprene stuff you get at auto parts stores.
