So far I have replaced tires and had them balanced. And replaced worn ball joints on control arms. Tie rod ends are good and not a bit of play in the steering. Stills getting intermittent steering wheel wobble above 60 kph. No wobble at all when I first got it with worn parts and nasty tires with 50 psi of air in them. I am running 32 psi in front tires now, maybe they need to be more? Don’t know where to go from here.

Following. I just got a 1990 Acty Street and there is a slight wobble between 80 and 90 kph. The wobble gets worse if I apply the brakes. It completely goes away above 95 kph. I haven't replaced anything other than the tires so it is possible that I have worn out suspension parts.

Possible, even probable. But if your wheels aren’t stock, they may be imparting forces on the suspension It wasn’t made for, and developing a harmonic deflection fealt as a wobble.

I cured the wobble that came with my Acty by replacing all the tires with brand new ones (same 14" size, by the way) and inflating them to 35 lbs..
The old tires would "balance" at the tire shop BUT......you put them on a machine with a road force applicator?
    VOILA! Blatantly out of round.
