I have a 2003 Suzuki 1.3 carry pick-up and i alternate between a firbreglass van body and a romahome de-mountable camper pod and yesterday i noticed it was sitting slightly out oflevel.

The clearance on the front wheel arches above the tyre was about 50mm out with around 125mm on the right side and 75mm on the left side when viewed from the front.

What parts of the suspention could cause this ?

The spring is the most obvious.

Would that be the Spring in the Front Strut ?

Yes, that’s where I’d start. The strut/spring assembly, is the most likely cause, and where I would start looking.

Just out of curiosity, where are you located?
