Hello guys,I'm new here,as the madness of ordering OEM parts from overseas has lead me here. I respect and appreciate the time y'all sacrifice to help others. When I ordered a 35$ throw out bearing (yes a$35 clutch bearing) plus 20 bucks shipping for my DB-71t Suzuki carry, and 2 weeks later got the wrong Bearing and had to do it all over again,I promised myself it won't happen again. To add insult to injury I own the db71t and from I've noticed the parts and info are not as common as the 51t. Does anyone know if I can cross the distributor cap, points, condenser? I tired my local napa but the parts they ordered didn't fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated

OK sorry... caught me out there, they were all electronic ignition on this side by then.

Checked my points stash but I don't haz any of those particular ones.

Please post a picture of your underseat VIN/ID tag. I'll see what I can do.

I've been looking for the same - Yokohama motors does have the cap and points available.
I found a set of points on eBay out of Canada that are available but a bit pricey - search and you'll find them.
I found a potential rotor replacement off a cross reference of my existing. I ordered Standard Motor JR80X off Amazon - hasn't arrived yet so I cannot verify fit.

I spoke to John at Rocky Mountain Imports and he was super helpful and has some parts coming in from Japan that I'm picking-up.

    Prices in USD are approximate:
    Cap: $45
    Rotor: $10
    Condenser: $15
    Points: $18

    Hi everybody,
I used to own a '67 Datsun 1600 Roadster/Fairlady. Crazy thing. Had an old set of point for it in my toolbox: exact fit for my '87 Suzuki Carry. In stock at my local Napa for like less than half the price!
    Thought I'd share :)
