WINDSHIELD CHEAP

    My hi jet windshield was cracked in my woods. Replaced it for 102.00 plus shipping in two hours.
    1/4 inch lexan polycarbonate (NOT PLEXIGLAS) freckleface.com. Cut it with a jig saw with a laminate blade from Home Depot (Bosch). I used window spray and a hook tool . YOU can do it. Harder than glass and dry inside.

    Use Lexan if you are going to do this, much better than plexiglass. Lexan is what I used to make the windscreen for experimental airplanes back when I was building them. Use Maguire polish for a flawless finish.
