Being they are a little older, does parts availability become an issue? Considering one that is for sale but just a little leary due to age. Also, would the lift kits on the market fit it? Any other info on this model would be helpful. I have narrowed my choices down to about 4, all the others are DB51 or DD51T. Thanks for any input.

I just got my DB51 Suzuki Cary and so far Love it!
If you are a tall person or large you may want to consider the Jumbo Cab?
Getting parts are a bit expensive IMO?

I own an '87 carry 2WD and I love it. Parts are A LOT harder to find/more expensive and the lack of manuals makes it hard for the mechanically uninclined to work on them. On the other hand the engine is far less complicated. Mine has only three or four vacuum lines for example. Sometimes I wish mine was newer yet I really like the older style truck. Mine even has a Japanese penny wedged under the seat belt hinge :)
