Hello! I looked around and saw a few posts about tachometers, but most of them are old and the links to parts are expired.

I presume that most aftermarket tachometers have a fairly simple connection format- they connect to some wire on the distributor, etc, and maybe have a switch on the back to indicate how many cylinders you have? I am looking for a good tach option for my 1991 Honda Acty and any install help if it's not somewhat intuitive... thanks in advance!

Well, I looked around a lot, I think I am going to go with www.tinytach.com , it's $47 and apparently a pretty reliable universal tach, although the timex watch display is a bit ugly. Busy painting the thing presently, so, maybe I mull it over.

Glowshift is what I got over the winter but have yet to install it. It works on 1-10 cylinders

Have a tach similar to that from China for 8 bucks or so.
