Wheels and tires?

I need a little more speed from my truck, cruising at 45 sounds like I'm running the engine too hard (4speed)

I see some people are running rx7 wheels, but they are hard time come by around here.

I'm wanting to put larger tires on it to gain some speed, not worried about the acceleration so much.

What's the biggest possible tire I can run? Not afraid of upgrading wheels to different size. Or shaving some metal to keep them from rubbing.

    Really like these. Thoughts?

I put wheel adapter on both my s80's and put 13" toyta supra rims on one and stock hyundai rims on the other. The rear tire is about 21" tall and I can do about 45mph at 5k rpm all day long. I could and will put a larger tire later on to put the revs down a little more as it still sounds as the revs are still on the high side put you got to keep in mind that this is a small motor, hope this helps.

The rotational mass will make difference on the top end in top gear.
