I would also like a copy of the carb adjustment pages for '92-'94 Suzuki carry. Customer has a '92, called said it was missing and no power, when he pulled into the shop you could smell how rich it was running. We changed plugs and oil and ran like a top. Two days later back to the same thing. Thanks. jsrollins@brtc.net

    Carb Specs

Could you email those to me for an '89 Daihatsu. Thanks. I also need O rings for both of the solenoids in the carb. Anyone have these Orings?

just thought i might mention something we ran across on the suzuki trucks. we found that the choke was not turning off soon enough and the engine at idle was very rich and soon fowled the sparkplugs so bad with black soot that the truck either wouldnt start or was very difficult to start.
to solve the problem we cleaned the coolant inlet and outlet nipples on the choke assy.
we removed the two coolant hoses and used a drill bit to clean out the nipples and flushed them with water and reinstalled the hoses and it fixed the problem.
    hope this helps.

    Minitruck repair

I saw an old post tonight where you were looking for someone to work on your truck. I live just south of Oxford, MS. I take on an occasional truck to work on here and there. You've probably got your carb problem fixed by now, but if you need some help e mail me.

Does anyone here rebuild these carbs (DB51)?

Does anyone have any knowledge on this carb?
I asked the seller from the Philippines and they have no working knowledge of this carb or choke?
Even if I have to get a choke cable that isn't the worst?

This carb seems to have 2 Vac ports and a cable choke?

How would I rework the vac lines?

I tried the search and did find some old posts about vac line routing but couldn't open them?
Does anyone have the vac line routes and an idea about how many feet of what size I would need to replace them all?

Not sure why it won't work for you but the link is good. Just went on it. Try a search in google for it. Maybe it work that way for you.

The link is good and takes you to the thread so you can read it but the imbeded photos will not display for me either. All it shows is some kind of a cat picture.
