Hi All We are having problems with our Subaru Domingo 1.2 automatic, It drives very well then all of a sudden check engine light comes on and it losses power but does not cut out then the light goes out and and drives normal, Any Idea's ???
Kevin, Could be a number of things. What have you tried, if anything? What is the history of the vehicle? Is it, and has it been maintained? Many people take their vehicles for granted, and expect them to run forever, with out problems. I wish it were like that too, but it's not. These things start and run in, heat, cold, wet , dry, and all sorts of conditions, so taking care and regular maintenance is a must! If it were me, I would start with the simple easy stuff, like the air cleaner, is it dirty, when was the last time your vehicle was serviced? Could be a bad wire, loose connection, bad ground, a number of things. What year? Without us trying to look up your unit, and figure out what makes it tick, to try to help you out, were kinda grabbing at straws. Maybe some one can weigh in that has one! Good Luck! Limestone
