Can a 2008 Mag International T-Mag-XC 2WD that does not have a title be legally put on the road in Oklahoma?

Owner says no title and it’s computer is flashed to limit top speed to 25 mph. What does it take to undo the top speed limitation?

Does anyone have any spare parts for it?

What would a average price for one in not the greatest condition be? Looks like some rust on rockers, passenger door panel missing. Interior generally crapped out.

I'm not familiar with Oklahoma laws, but I would imagine that if the vehicle does not even have a title and is electronically limited to 25mph, I do not think that it would be registered as street legal. That being said though, I would contact your local department responsible for licensing vehicles and ask them. They would be better suited to give you an answer.

As far as removing the speed restriction you would probably need to swap the ECU with one that is not limited to 25mph per Federal import laws. Have you tried searching for spare parts for the vehicle? Have you tried searching for an average price? I recently bought a 1992 Honda Acty van and had to do extensive searching on the internets to arrive at a price I thought was fair to pay for it and convince the seller of the same. If you can't find anything online, how much is the seller looking to sell it for and how much are you willing to pay for it? If you can meet in the middle I'd say you found your price. Good luck!
