Where are the chassis identification plates for the different trucks?

Discussion in 'Mini Lounge' started by Gung Ho Trucks, Sep 25, 2010.

  1. I am in the process of updating our web site. To help people find the chassis number on their truck I would like to tell them where to go (to find it).

I know for the Suzuki it is on a blue plate on the driver's side (RHS).

    What about

Daihatsu, stamped on sheet metal under seat.

    Mitsubishi, same?

    Honda

    Subaru

    any others.

Honda ACTY HA4, the plate is located on the left kick panel right below the emergency flare bracket. The chassis number is also stamped on the wheel well under the right side seat.

  3. Hey thank OldMachinist!

The Honda was one that I wasn't sure about. I was trying to make it easier for people who need parts. They usually do not know that we need the chassis number most of the time to get the right part for them.

Thanks again. I think the others are under the seat, except for Subaru. Where is the Subaru number?

Unfortunately, your links take me to a website advertising that www.minitrucksupply.com is for sale. So, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that you're out of business and probably no longer a Gold Supporting Member on this site?

My 94 Sambar is on the passenger kick panel and on the drivers side frame near the front of the bed.
